What we collect
When you create an account or place an order we collect the basics: name, email, shipping address, and order history. If you pair a watch with the BIGGERFIVE app, activity data (steps, sleep, heart rate) syncs to your family's account.
What we never do
- Sell or share personal information with advertisers
- Track location — our watches contain no GPS hardware
- Allow third-party access to children's activity data
Your controls
You can use every watch fully offline with Bluetooth disabled. You can also request a full export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing privacy@biggerfive.com.
Children's privacy
Accounts are created and managed by parents. We comply with COPPA and GDPR-K requirements for children's data, and activity history is retained only while the family account remains active.
