BIGGERFIVE watches are activity companions, not medical devices. Heart rate, sleep, and step data are estimates intended for general wellness, and shouldn't be used for diagnosis or treatment.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Accounts for the companion app must be created by a parent or legal guardian.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under local consumer law.
